We are a micro-bakery based in Whitefield, Bangalore – proudly women-owned and backed by a food legacy spanning two generations. At La Artisan, we believe that everyone deserves access to better baked goodies, and that’s exactly what we strive to create.

Our menu is small by design, so we can focus on perfecting a few specialties and ensuring the highest possible quality. Every batch is made with:

• Pure butter (never margarine or refined oils)

• Grade A dry fruits

• Pure Belgian chocolate (absolutely no compound chocolate or artificial flavours)

• Certified organic flours, sugars, and jaggery sourced from a trusted farm in Pune

We bake in small batches, with breads that are cold-fermented for 24–48 hours, making them more digestible and gut-friendly. Our recipes are crafted with a lower sugar content than most conventional baked goods—because indulgence matters, but so does good health & smarter food choices.

From time to time, we also introduce seasonal specials to bring variety and delight to our customers, while staying true to our philosophy of quality over quantity.
