Shipping policy

At La Artisan Bakery, we prioritise exceptional customer service, ensuring not only the finest quality products but also reliable & time bound delivery services.

1. Standard shipping (Bangalore)

• Orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Thursday are shipped by 2 pm the next day (subject to availability).

• We use third party shipping partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express) to ship all standard shipping orders.
• All orders are delivery withing 1 - 2 days of shipping.
• We charge INR 20 per 500 gm of shipping, which is 50% of the actual delivery charges paid by us to our delivery partners.

• In the event of unavoidable weather conditions or operational challenges, delays may occur. We will promptly communicate any such circumstances and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. However, we cannot be help personally responsible for such delays as we have no control over the workings of third party vendors.

2. Express Delivery

• For orders placed before 11 am from Monday to Saturday, we offer same day express delivery for customers within serviceable distances. Orders will be delivered within 2 hours of placing of the order unless specified otherwise by the customer.

• A fee of INR 50 per delivery is applicable on orders placed by customers located within a 5 km from our bakery.

• A fee of INR 100 per delivery is applicable on orders placed by customers located between 5 - 10 km from our bakery.
• All Express Delivery orders are shipped via third party vendors like Porter & Delhivery Direct.

• Customers will receive updates regarding delivery status on their email address registered with us.
