This 450 g loaf is 100% free of chemical preservatives. It is a vegetarian, nutrient dense food that has a low sugar index. It is made using age old artisan bread making methods. It is a 100% all natural product.

Cut into slices, wrap them and freeze them for up to 1 month. Or wrap the whole loaf and freeze. Thaw in a microwave or leave at room temperature to thaw. Slice as much as required. Then wrap and freeze for the next use.
