Ingredients : Bread flour, whole wheat flour, salt, water and sourdough starter
Storage : Store in its packaging at cooler room temperatures for 1 - 2 days. Wrap in clingfilm and freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating : Defrost at room temperature till softened. Slice and toast on a tawa till crispy and warmed through. Or put straight into a hot oven or toaster and toast to your liking.
